Foreclosure Prevention Workshop - at the Coliseum

The City with help from the County is sponsoring a foreclosure preventation workshop at my request. The event will allow homeowners to meet with their bank and/or a foreclosure prevention specialist from a non-profit agency at
no cost. The goal is to refinance mortgages to 30 year fix rate, reasonable
interest rates and sometimes a reduction in the principal. We hope to save several hundred homeowners from foreclosure at the event.
