Landscaping with Native plants & groundcovers - City Council Committee

The City Council PS&I Committee will consider my proposals to begin conversation of city maintained St. Augustine lawns to native plants and ground covers and my proposal to change our landscape code to insure future development and redevelopment uses much less water by using drought tolerant
turf, and native plants and ground covers. The Committee members are: Leslie
Curran, Jeff Danner, Herb Polson and Jim Kennedy.
